After struggling for months with my diet, I finally realized that I needed to focus on more at-home cooking. I started talking with my family members and figuring out what people wanted, and it was really obvious that I should incorporate more fruits and veggies into our everyday meals. I began thinking about different ways to cook with fresher, more wholesome ingredients, and my first stop was a local whole foods store.
